Commercial rent arrears can badly affect the smooth running of a landlord's business. It is something that should be nipped in the bud as soon as it shows.

Our Certificated Bailiffs undertake Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery Nationwide.

We aim to act upon instructions within 24 hours and, if instructed before Noon can attend same day. We will always aim to attend same day for Gypsy or Squatter eviction.

If caught early enough we can ensure that the landlord receives the arrears and the tenant can continue trading, by negotiating, if acceptable, a phased payment to bring the tenant back to normal payments.

The costs of our services are generally free. There are a few circumstances where this cannot happen, eg. bankruptcy, abandoned premises, deceased. In those 2% of cases we always limit the landlords liability to a mutually agredd figure.

No landlord or owner of land wants Gypsy, traveller or itinerant encampments on their land. The Police will not move them on for you and the local council will prosecute under planning legislation if you do not move them on.

We have a specialist Gypsy Removal team which operates throughout England & Wales and they are expert at removal of gypsy encampments. They have an unenviable record of NEVER having had to make a forcible removal.

The Gypsies will be served with a Notice giving 24 hours to leave the land. Should they not leave they will be removed by force. Ensuring that they leave peacefully can often safe you or your company both time and money.

No landlord or owner of land wants Commercial Squatters, fly pitchers, illegal traders on their land or inside their unused buildings, arcades or centres.

Whatever the Commercial Squatters or illegal fly pitchers have done, we will remove them. Once removed we will arrange for security around the premises or land to ensure that they do not return.

If they have any vehicles, burger vans, etc on your car parks these will be towed away onto public land.
