We can complete the entire process of evicting your tenant, from the personal service of Section 21 / 8 Notices, through the possession order to the actual eviction.

We work in partnership with an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (Sheriff) and transfer the possession to the High Court. Only County Court Bailiffs & Sheriff's Officers can legally conduct an eviction or execute a possession order.

There is a Court Fee of £60.

It should be noted that the Judge issuing the possession order must authorise the use of a Sheriff's Officer.
